- To make delicious sahibaa curry for 500 g shahi paneer or 1kg chicken ,grind 2 onions , 10 g ginger ,2 green chilies, & 1 tbs Sahibaa premium jeera powder to fine paste.
- Fry 3 pureed tomatoes and 3 chopped onions in 30 g ghee /edible oil till they turn golden brown .
- Add the paste in it & fry.
- Now add 1 tbs Sahibaa premium curry powder , ¼ tbs Sahibaa premium Kashmiri mirch and salt to taste.
- Now curry made from Sahibaa premium curry powder for Veg & Non Veg dishes is ready.
- Add fried paneer or chicken pieces and cook for 15mins on low flame.
- To Cook 500g Sahibaa Shahi Paneer
- Grind 2 onions 10g Ginger
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1tbs Poppy Seeds
- 5 Almonds and 1tbs Sahibaa Premium Jeera Powder to fine paste.
- Fry 3 pureed tomatoes and 3 chopped onions in 30g Ghee/Edible Oil till golden brown, add the paste in it & fry.
- Now add 1tbs Sahibaa Premium Shahi Paneer Masala and salt to taste.
- Add 1 cup water and 500g fried Paneer and cook for five minutes on low flame.
- Now Shahi Paneer cooked with Sahibaa Premium Shahi Paneer Masala is ready to serve.
