Method of making Sahibaa Shahi Chicken

  • To cook 1Kg Chicken, wash, trim & cut Chicken into 6-1 pieces and set aside.
  • Fry 2-3 chopped Onion sin 2tbs Ghee/ Edible Oil till they turn light brown.
  • Add 2-3 peeled & sliced Tomatoes, Green Chilies & 1 tbs Sahibaa Premium Chicken Masala, add 150 g Beaten Curd and keep it on low flame for 15-20 mins.
  • Now Shahi Chicken cooked in Sahibaa Premium Chicken Masala is ready to serve.
  • For added flavor put 1/2 tbs of Sahibaa Premium Kasoori Methi.
